Thomas Lehmann

Founder & Lead Strategist

Thomas Lehmann, 58, is the founder of Eternal Victory Stock Team and a globally recognized investment professional with over three decades of experience spanning Wall Street and Europe’s leading financial centers. Known for his strategic discipline, analytical precision, and investor-first philosophy, Thomas has built a career at the highest levels of global asset management and capital markets.

Before founding Eternal Victory in 2015, Thomas held senior leadership roles across both American and European financial powerhouses:

Senior Investment Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (New York), where he oversaw equity portfolios exceeding $8 billion, specializing in growth-sector allocation and risk-adjusted return optimization for institutional clients.

Head of Equity Strategy, EMEA at Morgan Stanley (London), leading a team of analysts focused on pan-European stock selection, market structure analysis, and client-driven trading solutions for hedge funds and private wealth clients.

Senior Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase (New York & Frankfurt), working within the bank’s Global Markets division on cross-border credit-equity strategies and structured product evaluation.

Advisor to the Investment Committee at UBS Wealth Management (Zurich), providing macro research support and portfolio construction guidance for ultra-high-net-worth clients across continental Europe.

This unique transatlantic career path gave Thomas deep insight into how global macro trends, regulatory environments, and market psychology shape investment outcomes—knowledge he now applies to help individual investors navigate the complexities of the U.S. stock market with greater confidence and clarity.

At Eternal Victory, Thomas leads the core research and investment strategy team, personally overseeing model portfolio development, sector rotation frameworks, and member education initiatives. He combines rigorous fundamental analysis with behavioral finance principles to deliver actionable insights that go beyond stock picks—fostering long-term investor success.

A CFA charterholder and MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, Thomas frequently contributes to financial discourse through appearances on Bloomberg Radio, CNBC Europe, and The Wall Street Journal. He splits his time between New York and Geneva.

"Markets don’t care where you’re from—but they reward those who understand how they work."
